Two exceptionally valuable carport of primary produce "'ill b’ave Auckland for England" early next week on the motor .ship Karamea and the steamer Hertford. The two vessels are taking about 18.(i(X> bales of wool sold .to sea-s buyers at tlje Auckland wool sale last week, and valued at about £lll.(i()l), as well as 117,360 boxes of butter of a total value of £109.101. In addition the Karamea will have 23,700 crates of cheese valued at about £113.OOf). The aggregate value of the dairy produce and wool to be forwarded overseas by the two vessels is approximately £1.028.910. but’ tbev will also carry a considerable rjuantity of frozen meat and general cargo.
