R. T. Stewart (Mr Alurdocli) v. Ed. Alilks. suit for cancellation of license of water rights. Okarito. Order made for forfeiture of dam license, no application being made for costs. Same v. Joseph MeCluggago. a similar application, for cancellation of license for water race. Cancellation agreed to by consent by the Public Trustee on behalf of the estate of deceased defendant for whom Air Sellers appeared. No csts were asked for by applicant.
