It is understood that Mr Rushworth who lias been declared elected for (he |’,av of Islands, will rc-i“ii his seal in order to facilitate another election, which lias been rendered certain b\ irregularities durin;' the loiiul ino ol votes.

Some of the on which tin election, may lie upset are:
