At the annual meeting of the Bank „f \ew South Wales, the report showed net profits for the year of £1,181,<)|;P after adding the balance from the previous year £l/o.Old. and deducting the three quarterly dividends alreadv paid, a balance ol £7od.G9.| icluniiis, from which a fourth dividend, making ten per cent, for the year, and a bonus of ten shillings per share will lie paid. A quarter of a million will be added to the reserve, which is now £0.000.000 leaving £loß.did to he carried forward. Messrs Rockland and Burns were re-elected to the directorate.
