The Board of General Purposes submitted a recommendation in favour ol the choice of a permanent resting place for the office. It proposed that the incoming hoard should he instructed to authorise the craft lodge* throughout the territory to rise and vote for or against centralisation, askill i.r oa'll lodge to indicate which centre in its opinion should he chosen, in the event of a. two-thirds majority decidin'; neon a permanent home for the office the necessary amendments of the constitution should he submitted to Grand Lodge next year.
