Tam a soso. leader ol the Man, altei evading arrest on two previous occasions. was secured by the military police this morning and is now in custody for contempt of court, and refusal to pay taxes on a judgment summons. Anticipations that disturbance* would 'follow his arrest were not ie.ilised.
