Tin* South Canterbury Jockey Club’s summer meeting concluded to-day in fine weather. The track was fast, and the totalisator handled C10,357}. compared with £'1.4,300.} for the second day last year. Results:—
Levels Hurdles Handicap.—(s) Erin Co Bragh 1. (2) Ttmamoe 2, (I) Troilus .3. Won by three-quarters of a length. Time 2.46.
Claremont Hack Handicap.—(2) Page Boy 1, (5) Royal Flower 2, (1) Fiiosol 3. Won by two lengths. Timo 2<6 1-5. Juvenile Handicap.—(l) Night Lad 1, (1) Desert Song 2, (3) Captivate 3. Won by a short head. Time 18 3-5 sees.
Stewards’ Handicap.—(3) Cold Brick 1, (1) Money Aline 2, (2) Quarterdeck •3. Won by a length and a-haW. Time 1.27 1-5.
Trial Ilaudicap.—(l) Toawai 1. (3) Uproar 2, (6) Full Flight 3. Won by a neck. Time 1.15.
Kingsdown Hack Handicap.—(2) Tardy l, (4) Arrowy 2, (1) Zeuxis 3. Won bv a bead. Time 1.42 4-5.
Farewell Handicap.—(2) Some Rose 1. (1) Eaton Bells 2, (3) Receipt 3. Won by half a length. Time 1.13 3-5.
