The International Labour Office lias compiled the index numbers of wages in the various European capitals. The figure for Moscow is calculated upon information received from the scientific bureau of the People’s Commissariat of Labour, and is based upon earnings hi eighteen selected categories of workers in different trades. The index numbers are given as fol-
