Forty-one nations are attending a conference at which a convention is being drawn up imposing a period of Id years between first grade International Exhibitions at which participants are required to build pavilions and ten years between second grade Exhibitions in the same country, li is a foregone conclusion that British Empire Exhibitions are not included. Mr Faracker represented Australia and Mr Drew New Zealand. ZEPPELIN FLIGHT TO NORTH POLE. PATHS', Nov. 21. The “Daily Telegraph” Berlin correspondent learns that Eckner and Nansen have agreed on a joint Zeppelin in North Polar exploration. Final details are being arranged with the Ministry of Communications. The flight is expected to last ten days and Captain Bruhns and Professor Fillinger will be lowered when the Zeppelin is over the Pole and make, scientific observations. A COMING WEDDING. LONDON, November 20. Tallulah Bankhead will shortly marry Count Anthony Dobosdyri. who is connected with some of the oldest Dalian families and who is stated to have settled on her CIOO.OOO as a wedding gift.
