IMPRESSIONS OF VISIT
(By Telegraph—Press Association)
WELLINGTON, Nov. 20
Air AY. G. K. Wright (Editor of the New Zealand Dairyman) has returned from Lonidon via Australia, from attending the world daily conference at London. He also visited Denmark. Holland. Germany, and Sweden in connection with the latest developments in dairying. He was astonished to know how well informed were tho British and Continental dairying interests, both manufacturing and merclianting, in the New Zealand industry.
Dairv factories in England and on the Continent seen bv Air Wriglit, were abend of Now Zealand in point of appearance, but were not nearly so well equipped, New Zealand being well in advance in this respect.
Publicity in respect to New Zealand butter by the Empire Marketing Board and Hairy Produce Board was bearing splendid fruit. New Zealand butter identity was well established and the article was in great retail demand on its merit, testifying that New Zealand was manufacturing on sound lines. He was impressed by the confidence shown by the British trade in New Zealand grading certificates. vast quantities of produce being bought and resold without being scon, in absolute confidence in the skill and integrity of the grading. Everything was working smoothly in London in regard to the merchanting of New Zealand produce.
