Moir, steward in the hammer-throwing event at. the sports, damages amounting to £l3 13s. Joseph was the eompelilor throwing the hammer when it struck Collins. The Magistrate Found that there was not suflieieiit evidence oF negligence on the part oF defendants, and that it there bad been negligence on their part, plaintiff was also guilty id' contributory negligence. Judgment was given For defendants.
