LONDON, November 18. Obituary.—The New Zealander, Dr Harold "Williams, foreign editor of the “Times” newspaper. He developed internal trouble months ago and took three months rest., lie resumed work, believing lie had recovered, bill broke down alter a month and underwent an operation in a London nursing home ini Hub November. lie bad a long Rattle for recovery and bad blood transfusion on loth November, but. died to-day. His greatest regret was lie was unable to revisit bis aged parents in New Zealand and also a brother in Sydney.
