INQUEST VERDICT. (By Telegraph—Press Association). PAHIATUA, Nov. 14. The inquest was opened to-day on Amy Harrington, wife of John Harrington, of Alangatainoke, carrier. Deceased had been worried over financial matters. Her husband last saw her alive at 10 o’clock yesterday morning. Two men, Clifford Cornu and Patrick Whi!Mean, were arrested at Ottrohonga, being in possession of a stolen motor car the property of Levin and Coy., Wellington. The police at le Kuiti had been advised to watch for the men, but on arrival here they speeded past the constable, but were captured at Ottorohanga, The two men appeared before a Justice of tho Peace last night, and both accused were remanded.
