The now French Cabinet is announced as follows:—Premier, M. Poincare; Finance Minister, M. Glicroa ,; Minister of Justice, AL barthou; Minister of Foreign Affairs, At. briand ; A! blister of the Interior, At. Tardieu; .Minister oif War, -M. Painleve ; Minister of Marine. M. Levgues; Minister ol Com mem?, M. bonncfons; Minister of Public "Works, Ah. Sorgcot; Minister of Labour, M. Lonelier; .Minister of Education. M. Alnrraiid; Air Minister, M. Eynae; Minister of Pensions, M. Alaginot: -Minister of Agriculture, AL Hennessey. The Colonies portfolio is not filled. PARIS, November 5). After President Doumergue consulted for several days with the leadeis olf all parties, he lastly conferred with At. Poincare for one hundred minutes to-day. at the conclusion of which M. Poincare was enabled to point out that he is still of opinion that the Government- must ho a coalition of the lai gist parties, but the Socialist-Radical Congress at Angres showed that they failed to appreciate the necessity of a National Government. He would endeavour, however, to form a Government inspired by true R (, pu '- lican principles. M. Poincare wninid the country that if resistance to the Parliamentary Finance Committee continued, notably upon the naval and military estimates, no Government would last longer than a few weeks.
