A charge of being unlawfully on licensed premises after hours (Occidental Hotel) was defended. After hearing evidence defendant was ordered to pay costs 10s. Another resident similarly charged (Marquis of Lome Hotel) was ordered to pay costs 10s. A resident of Kokatalii similarly charged (Longford Hotel) was also ordered to pay costs, 12s. MAINTENANCE. H Reid was charged with failure to pav a maintenance order. Mr .Murdoch for complainant. Convicted and sentenced to one month, warrant to he suspended on payment of 15s per week. DEBT CASES. Ilalleiistein Pros. (Mr Elcoek) v. M . j Uaseler. claim t'l 11s. .Judgment lor plaintiff for amount with costs 21s 6d.
