LONDON, November d
" The Times’s ” Paris correspondent states:—Al. Poincare, Premier of France, has again escaped from a Cabinet crisis between the Radicals and the Socialist Congress, owing to the wisdom of the Socialist .Moderates in amending a suggestion to prevent the four representatives of the Congress in the Cabinet from participating in a policy that it disapproves. Nevertheless, the mere introduction <'! this debate has been a disturbing influence. Although any immediate danger is past, Al. Poim-are, il is expected, will be able to deal with any further attempts to disturb the Cain net’s harmony and tlm Budget's equilibrium. The Bourse opened nervously. Businessmen, however, do not feel that, the financial reforms have yet readied the stage where any irresponsible experiments by the Government can lie indulged in with impunity, while the Reparations and other problems are so complicated that it is almost- impossible Unit they could be taken up by a new Cabinet.
