The boat has good passenger accommodation -and. is in good running order having been withdrawn from the Bay trade only when the sale was completed. The steamer also underwent the annual overhaul recently. Tn the cucuinstances the purchase, is considered a very satisl'atory one, and the boat: should he capable of rendering very suitable service to the southern settlors, for which trade she has been acquired specially.
