Hagley Handicap:—(2) Afendip (L. G. Morris) 1, (1) Historic 2, (7) Pride 3. All started. AVon by a length. Time 1.55 3-5.
Metropolitan Handicap:—(2) Hoylake (C. Eastwood) 1, (1) Afandane 2, (5) Battle Colours 3. Scr. Count Cnvour. Battle Colours led into tliei straight, where Hoylnke and Afandane set after him, ■ drawing level at the distance post. Hoylake won, hard ridden, by a head, from Afandane, which was a head in front of Battle Colours. It was the best race of the meeting. Time 2.31 2-5.
Randolph Handicap:—(ll) Proud Knight (A. Eastwood) 1, (8) Impertinence 2, (9) Honyt-omb 3. Scr: Uproar. Won by a length and a-half. Time 1.27 1-5.
Epsom Handicap:—(ll) Solrose (D. Rear) 1, (5) King Midas 2. (12) Lucy Lockett 3. All started. Won by a head. Time 1.39 2-5.
