On the OA-o of to-morroAv’s pageant, many thousands are assembling at the scene prepared to wait patiently in the open, throughout the night to Avitiiess the Imperial procession from the palace to the station. The city is lavishly decorated Avitli lanterns, hunting and art-lies. Guards are picketed at the barricades. A Avido area has been reserved for privileged people, surrounding the line of route.
