The Olympic Council Iras received complaints from the Australian team manager. Air Los Duff, against Charles Stuart, and Tom Bulger, the former a middle distance runner and the latter a wrestler, declaring that they were apathetic in their training abroad, and also failed properly to diet themselves. The Council is to consider the complaints,
