DUNEDIN, Nov. 2
Tn the murder ease against Hardie, evidence as to the close similarity of points of accused’s hoot with the plaster cast of a footprint found at Shum’s claim was given bv Henry Louise Paterson, licensed surveyor. Witness said lie could find no nail marks on the cast which did not correspond with the nails on the boot.
