It. is to be hoped that Professor Corbin's appeal f-r a substantial grant: for our Forestry School will make an adequate impression, first of all on the 1 niversity College Council, and then on the Government. H the financial resources available for such purposes were, as they should be. expended on one well -organised and efficient institution, the Dominion would find such an investment of public money immensly profitable in the near future. —“Auckland Star.”
