SIR AUSTEN CHAMBERLAIN
HEALTH IMPROVED

RUGBY, Oct. 25. Sir Austen Chamberlain, the British Foreign Secretary, now in California is expected to return, via Vancouver and Canada, and to be home on Saturday November 24th. It is anticipated that he will attend the League of Nations Council meeting on December 10th. Sir Austen Chamberlain’s health has greatly improved.
