GREYMOUTH, October 27
A sitting of the Arbitration Court was held yesterday at Greymouth. His Honour, Mr Justice Fraser presided, associated with him being Messrs G. T. Booth (Employers’ Assessor), A. L. Monteith (Employees’ Assessor), and J. A. Gilniour (Registrar). Julia Marie Casey claimed £IOOO compensation from the Grey County Council, in respect of the loss of her brother, the late Patrick Joesph Case v and £25 for .funeral expenses. Judgment would be . awarded plaintiff for the amount claimed. £IOOO with £25 for the funeral and £l2 12s costs.
