LAHORE BOMB OUTRAGE.
DELHI, Oct. 25. * The„ Lahore bomb explosion which resulted in ten being killed and sixtyfive injured is believed to have been the work of a madman. The city is panic stricken. It has been discovered that the 'bomb was of the Mills type. A professor and a student of an Orient college hostel nearby the scene of the disaster have been dbtaind on suspicion.
