MR T. E. Y. SEDDON’S CAMPAIGN.

MR SEDDON AT KOIMRI

Mr Seddon addressed a large meeting of electors at Ivokiri last-evening. Mi G. Blair M.C.G. occupied the chair. Mr Seddon spoke at length in the work' of the session" and gave a review of the general legislation. Ho ref el-red specially tot fintanoe ami legislation affecting land. A special ’ reference was made to the- timber industry. The speaker had a very cordial bearing;, and there was an absence of interruption. At the close of,the address several questions were asked. One ladyquestioner enquired regarding the cash on delivery system as affecting the postal service, Mr Seddon giving a reply which was well received, as were also bis general answers. He stated definitely he would not support a Lalwyur no-confidence motion designed to turn the Government out of office. A vote of thanks to the speaker was carried on the motion of Mr G. Wood, seconded bv -Mr F. Shannon.
