A COMPANY FORMED. ! WELLINGTON, Oct. 15. A sign olf the times in regard to commercial aviation is the recent registiation, in Wellington, of a private company with a capital of £IOOO, subscribed! by two ■ well-known business men. A wide scope' as to the activities of the company is given in the articles of association, which set out that its objects arc: To carry out the business of importers and dealers in aeroplanes and other vessels; whether'or not, heavier than air, designed to carry passim gers, and (or') goods, wholly oi paitial ly by air; to carry out the business of importers and dealers in motor vehicles of all kinds whether intended to travel by air, land or water, or under water or by all or any of those ways of l>asbetween the different parts of New' Zealand, between New Zealand ami elsewhere, or between othei paits of the earth’s surface; to purchase, or lure or take on charter; aeroplanes or other vessels, designed to travel wholly or partially by air. and motor-vehicles of all kinds, whether designed to travel by air, land, or water, or under water, or by all or any of those ways ; to import' purchase, or deal in parts requisites or accessories of aeroplanes air vessels of all kinds, or motor vehicles ; to manufacture or contract for the manufacture of aeroplanes, etc ; to purchase or lease land and buildings for use for demonstration purposes, or for arrival and departure bases ; to employ nir pi lotos, artificers, and others in connexion with the company s business ; to conduct air surveys and to deal m motor spirit, oil, and oth merchandise used in connexion with aviation, or any other of the company s activities.
