ARAHURA FAT STOCK 'SALE. A FIRM MARKET. At the above Yards yesterday, Messrs W. Jeffries and Co. submitted to public auction a. yarding of Go bead of cattle. Buyers were present from all parts of the Coast and all good quality pens showed an advance of from. £1 to 30s per head. The quality of the cattle offered was excellent. Prime ox beef made to 50s per hundred, •medium from 42s Gd to 17s Gd, prime heifer beef to 455, medium to 42,5. Best cow beef made to 40s per hundred and medium from 35s to 37s Gd.
