A Riga, correspondent- reports a special sitting of the Executive Bureau considered “The present revolutionary situation in connection with the new strike war,” and what changes were advisable in methods to be employed to stimulate tbe strike movement in Australia and elsewhere. 'Tbe financial report states that Moscow has already sent the Australian strikers £9,000. A great part of the sitting was devoted to-the prospects in New Zealand, where most revolutionary elements are concentrated in sailors’ and miners’ .unions' which for several years have maintained relations and it is now hoped will- affiliate with the profitern.
