SEEKS INJUNCTION AGAINST NATIONAL SERVICE STATIONS LTD (By Telegraph—Press Association). 'CHRISTCHURCH, Oct. 11. Vacuum Oil Company Ltd. has applied to the Supreme Court for an injunction against the National Service Stations Ld., which acts as selling agents for C.A.A. petrol under arrangement with the Canterbury Automobile Association. The Vacuum Company alleges that the National Service Stations has been mixing Plume Spirit with another, and selling it as C.A.A. Spirit- By means of an injunction it desires to prevent any such action on the ground that it is 'calculated to be prejudicial to the operation of Vacuum Oil Company.
