Mr Ti E. Y. Seddpn,VM.P., and Mr D. J. Evans (County Clerk) waited on the Minister of Public. Works regarding repairs to Teremakau Bridge, for which the local 'Bodies involved J in control asked a subsidy of 30 s for22os. The repairs are estimated to cost <6750. ' ' ‘ - T> . :

The Minister received the deputation favourably and conferred With Mr OP. W. Furkert (Engineer-in-Clpef) who expressed the view, that ; 'the bridge was go important thatit should be kept up.
