COBDEN ELECTION
What amounted to a rote of' confidence in the previous members cif the Cobden Town Board was recoi'ded by the ratepayers who visited the ballotbox on Wednesday. Each of the five members who offered themselves for a further term of service was re-elected, the past Chairman, Mr C. E. Uddstrom. being returned at the top of the poll. The contest for the position of Cobden representative on the Grey Hospital Board was keen, and the sitting member, Air F. L, Turley, was defeated by the Rev. W. Bell, by the narrow margin of four votes. There was no election for the Cobden representative on the Grey Power Boaid, Air Uddstrom being re-elected unopposed. TOWN BOARD. Carl E.
