SUPREME COURT. AUCKLAND, Sept. 21. The Supreme Court to-day adjourned until October Ist because next week there will be no Judge in Auckland. It is most unusual for the Court to bo without a Judge for more than a few days. Justice Reed (Acting Chief Justice) leaves lor Aellmgto„ Appeal Court sittings there on Tuesday. Justice Smith arrives tomorrow week.
