WOMAN ATI? PILOT KILLED. (Received this day at 9.25. n.m.) LONDON, Sept. 20. Margaret We 11 by was killed while piloting an aeroplane at Brook-lands. She was flying low when the machine developed a spin, the pilot being unable to recover. Miss Wellby is the first woman pilot to lie killed in an air crash in Britain, though Lady Carbery was killed at Nairobi, in Kenya Colony, and several women passengers have been killed. I
