LATEST TONNAGE RECORDED. RUGBY, September 15. The nineteenth annual report of the Port of London Authority states that the total net register tonnage of vessels that entered and left the Port of London with cargoes and in ballast, from and to foreign countries and British possessions and coastwise durine the year ended December 31st, 192 i. was ' 52.520,755, compared with •19,278.172 in 1926. The figures foi 1927 are the largest on record.
