MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 17th,

SITTING AT HOKITIKA

(Before llis Honor Mr Justice Adams.)

His Honor took his seat at 10.30 a.m IN DIVORCE.

Rose Willetts v. Richard Percival Willetts, petition for divorce. Mr Murdoch for petitioner. Defendant did not appear.

Rose AVillets gave evidence that she was married on July 12th, 1912, at Taylorvillo. Her husband was now in Wellington. There were three children. Obtained a separation order on 19th June, 1922, and had lived apart from her husband since.

Albert Edward Stevens gave evidence that he was an attendant at the Mental Hospital. His sister had lived apart from her husband since June 19th, 1922.

A decree nisi was granted to lie made absolute after three mouths with custody of the children. Costs to he paid by respondent. Ellen Agnes Karnbaeh v. Norman Karnbarh, petition for divorce. Mr Murdoch for petitioner. Respondent did not appear. Ellen Agnes Karnbaeh rave evidence that she was married on 24th June, 1922, to Norman ICarnhach at Hokitika. There wero two children of tho marriage. On 9th April, 1925, obtained a separation order from her husband. The order was still in force, in full effect.

Frederick William Selby gave evidence that he was a farmer at Kanieri. He knew the parties to this cose. Ho knew that respondent had been separated from her husband since April, 1925. A decree nisi was granted, to be rnado absolute in three months, with custody of the children. Respondent to pay costs. A PETITION.

In re Ellen Josephine Diedrich, petition in the estate of Gerhard Henry Diedrich, deceased, for maintenance and education of her son. Mr Park for applicant. Order made as granted. This was tho only business and the Court adjourned at 10.50 a.m.
