STORM DISASTER. Australian Press Assn.—United Service / NEW YORK, September 14. A message from San Juan, Porto Rico, states two million dollars’ damage was done by a tropical hurricane. The city is in darkness and is isolated from the rest of the island. Transportation has stopped. The extent of the injuries and loss of life is unknown. News frefill Dakota City, Nebraska, .states that at least six persons wore killed and more than a score were injured in a tornado in the north-west section.
