TUESDAY, 11th. SEPTEMBER, 1928. NOTICES OF MOTION. 1. The Chairman to move “That the accounts presented for the month of August, ns revised and recommended Ifor payment by the Finance Committee, amounting to £ , be passed for payment.”
2. The Chairman to movo 11 That in respect to the Government grant for the extension of Station Road, Koiterangi, the Council agrees to efficiently maintain in future to the satisfaction of the local representative of the Public Works Department, the section of the road to he metalled under the proposals now submitted Ifor the approval of the Department.”
3. Cr. Donovan to move :— 11 That the Council approve the proposals for the dedication of a road reserve from Little Wanganui river to Lower Wataroa river, as per tho plan before the meeting, and agree to contribute tho sum of £25 (plus a similar amount contributed by tiio settlers) towards the cost of the legal dedication of the proposed reserve for reading purposes.”
4. Cr. Donovan .to move:—“That a boat he provided for use ns a ferry service at the Three Mile creek, near Okarito.”
