TUESDAY, lltli. SEPTEMBER, 1928. NOTICES OF MOTION. 1. The Chairman to move:—“That the accounts presented for the month of August, as revised and recommended for payment by the Finance Committee, amounting' to £ ,he passed for payment.” 2. Tlie Chairman to move :—“ That in respect to the Government grant for the extension of Station Road, Koiternngi, the Council agrees to efficiently maintain in future to the satisfaction of the local representative of the Public Works Department, the section of the road to be metalled under-the proposals now submitted 'for the approval of the Department.” 3. Cr. Donovan to move:—“That the Council approve the proposals for the dedication of a road reserve from Little Wapganui river to Lower Wataroa river, as per the plan before the meeting, and agree to contribute the sum of £25 (plus a similar amount contributed by the settlers) towards the cost of the legal dedication of the proposed reserve for loading purposes.” 4. Cr. Donovan’.to move:—“ That a boat he provided for use as a ferry service at the Three Mile creek, near Okarito.”
