LATE LOCALS.
A meeting of the* Hokitika branch of the Automobile Association will be held to-morrow/ (Wednesday) at -1 p.m. at the County Chambers, to meet the members of the Grevniouth branch.—Advt. The danger of children climbing trees was exemplified yesterday afternoon when a child 'of Mr and Mrs V . Orr fell from a tree, a limb of which broke. As a result the hoy broke his arm, it is supposed in more than one place, besides receiving other injuries. The hid was to be X-rayed at the Hospital this morning.
