EASY DIVORCE. PARIS, July 24. Lenient disciplinary penalties were imposed by the Paris civil court to-day, sitting as a court of inquiry in the ease in which seven solicitors and two court officials were accused- of irregularities in facilitating divorce cases - between American couples in Paris. It was alleged thta procedure bad boon speeded up m return , for special foes, and fictitious addresses registered as the domicile of the parties in Era nee. Three of the solicitors, AI nitres .Moreau, Legrand and Pr-cstat, were suspended for eight, four, and two months respectively. Three others, .M.litres Tonal, Noel, and Francois Fichot, were warned to be more circumspect in future, and the seventh, Mnttre Burkliardt, was cleared of all implications against his prolessional conduct. One of the two court officials, M. Lndriere, was given a warning, and the other was found not to have exceeded his duty. The case of the divorce-court judge, whose conduct is to be inquired into, will lc determined later when the -Minister of Justico has reviewed the affair.
