WEDDING BELLS
The wedding took place on Monday at the residence of -Mi' and Mrs A. bnlzicl, Nelson Creek, of their only daughter. Clara Ellen, to Kenneth j Hooker, fourth son of Air and .Mrs E. Hcoker. Te Kiitga. Rev. Mr Barker, of Ahaura, officiated. The hride, who was given away by her father, wore a smart cyclamen costume, with hat to match and a handsome fox fur, the gift of the bridegroom. Mrs Dalziel received her guests wearing a handsome black lace dress with black picture hat relieved with cerise and black ospieys. their future residence. HUTCHISON—SINGER. A pretty wedding was celebrated at St. Joseph’s Church, Kanieri, on August 22nd, when Mori, third son of Mr and Mrs D. J. Hutchison, Kanieri. was married to Irene, eldest daughter ot Mr and Mrs Joseph Singer. Kanieri. The ceremony was performed by Rev. Father McKay. The bride, who was given away by her father, wore a ros? cltarmalaine frock and hat to tone. She carried a bouquet of pale sweet peas and rosebuds to match her frock. The bridesmaid, Miss Evelyn AVrohlefski. wore a vieux rose charnialine frock and hat to match and; carried a bouquet to match her frock. Mr William Hutchison (brother of the bridegroom) was best man. Afterwards a reception was held at tile home of the. bride’s parents.
