FRANCE AND GERMANY. Australian Press Assn.—United Service LONDON, Aug. 29. The Berlin Socialist Press Bureau asserts that Mueller, at the League Assembly will demand the complete evacuation of Rhineland. The "Zcitung Alittag” lias a long story on the Stre-ssina n n-Poinenre interview, in which it declares they have agreed not to- oppose evacuation before the Versailles date.
SIGNATORIES TO- PACT. (Received this day at 9.30 a.ill). WASHINGTON, Aug. 29. The Administration circles have expressed considerable satisfaction at the promptness with which Greece, Peru. Roumanin, Jugo-Slavia and Denmark have unofficially intimated their acceptance ol the Kellogg Pact and the probability that more will do likewise in the near future. Altogether sixtyfour nations, comprising every country in the world, with three minor exceptions, have been invited to subscribe to the Treaty, or have already signed it.
