Manners. Good maimers come from the heart, they cannot Ije taught. Though charm of manner, unsupported by mind and air it connotes, would hardly be sufficient to secure for its owner a social success, yet this gift undoubtedly helps in ensuring welcome from any circle. A tactful person is usually preferred to one intellectually superior, whose social demeanour leaves something to be desired.
