Scr: Dillon Huoin and Zenith. Won by a head. Time 2.45 2-5. A meeting of the Judicial Committee fined M. Holmes, driver of Burnio in the Midwinter Handicap, £2 for speaking to spectators on the course.

'The Committee also inquired into the running of Peter Bingen, winner of the National Cup, as compared with his running on the first day of the meeting. The Committee decided to accept tlie explanation of the trainer and driver (.T. J. Kennerley) as satisfactory.
