(Australian Press Association.) DANNEVIRKE, Aug. 11. The final of the Dannevirke Golf Club’s Southern Hawke’s Bay Championship was played this afternoon in glorious weather, between Kapi Tareha (Napier) and H. A ; Black (Wellington). and was won liy the former, who never gave his opponent a look in, winning by 9 up and 8, the last hole being halved. The final of the Dannevirke Handicap, between A. S. McGregor (Masterton) and W. G. Martin (Martinborough) was won by the former, one lip.
