DISPUTE. SYDNEY, July 31. The hearing of the application for an injunction by Keith Anderson against Kingsford Smith and Ulm was continued to-day. Anderson claims that he was a partner in the Pacific flight, and is asking the Court to order that accounts be taken of bis partnership assets. The case was adjourned till Thursday.
