Officials declared the conclusion of a naval agreement between Britain and Frame would probably facilitate a general agreement for the limitation of auxiliary naval vessels. The details of the British and French agreement have not yet reached Washington, but whatever the actual terms, it is declared American naval armaments policy will not he altered, nor will the United States he likely to consent t<new naval conference before 1931, the meeting set by the Washington Treaty.
