(By Telegraph—Per Press Association.) THE COUNCIL. * AATELLTXGTON, July 26. The Legislative Council met at 3.15 p.m and transacted only formal business, adjourning at 3.42 p.m. THE HOUSE. The House met at 3.15 p.m. and during the afternoon discussed the report of the Tourist Department. At the evening sitting the Rabbit Nu'isanco Bill and Auctioneers Bill were road a second time and referred to special committees. The House rose at 12.7 till 2.30 p.m. THE DIVISION.
