DEMPSEY’S INTEREST
(Received this day at J 2.25 p.m.) NEW YORK, July 25,
Dempsey will probably be lleeney’s chief second to-morrow. Dempsey expressed a desire to help fluency, which Charley Harvey, the challenger’s manager, gladly accepted. Tex Rickard plans to ask the State Boxing Commission to license Dempsey as a second, which is practically certain to be granted.
